EPCC Board approves 6% raise

On August 17, 2023, the EPCC Board of Trustees approved a six-percent salary increase for all eligible full-time and part-time faculty and staff for FY 2023-2024. Eligible employees are employees that began work before March 1, 2023.


Step-by-step instructions on how to access your 2023-2024 e-contracts will be sent out via a separate memorandum and e-mail message in the coming weeks.


FULL-TIME FACULTY AND STAFF:

  • For eligible full-time faculty and staff, the enhancement is reflected in your fiscal year 2023-2024 contract, addendum, or employment memo.

  • An Employment Contract is issued to eligible probationary or tenured faculty and full-time regular institutionally-funded staff.

  • Employment Memos are issued to eligible full-time temporary, institutionally-funded or grant-funded faculty and staff.

  • The 6% pay increase for eligible full-time faculty will be applied as 4% to the faculty salary table and an advancement of one (1) level on the faculty salary tables, which is equal to 6%.

  • Full-time, Temporary Employee Memorandums will be available when Human Resources (HR) receives their respective extensions.


PART-TIME FACULTY AND STAFF:

  • For adjunct faculty, the Part-Time Faculty Salary Schedule will be increased by 6%.

  • For eligible part-time staff, the 6% enhancement will be reflected in their base pay.

  • Please note that adjunct faculty and part-time staff do not receive a contract or employment memo. See your supervisor for any questions related to your employment.
